The PNEUDRI MXLE ADVANTAGE compressed air dryer combines the benefits of the PNEUDRI MX heatless adsorption dryer with lower energy costs and reduced environmental impact. Its vacuum regeneration method allows approximately 17% more clean, dry compressed air generation across the plant. Compared to a heatless dryer, it boasts an average 60% lower energy consumption at full load and 39% lower consumption compared to a heat regenerative dryer. The modular design provides flexibility, enabling multi-banking for increased drying capacity, 100% standby capability at a fraction of the cost of a traditional twin-tower dryer, and easy isolation for routine service work while maintaining a clean, dry air supply. Additionally, it features a full backup mode for uninterrupted operation in case of vacuum pump faults.
